The mushrooms come out in the woods, many excellent fruits and vegetables reach their optimum ripening point – yes, fall has arrived ! The following menu connects unique and intensive aromas with amazing and unexpected textures. It is elaborated with only the best organic fruits and vegetables from the surroundings of Barcelona, craft ​​cheese and other dairy poducts and the best fish from Spanish coasts and the Mediterranean sea. Also the wines come from organic vineyards in Vilafranca del Penedéz and Emporda. The menu also includes homemade bread and rolls and a glass of champagne as Welcome drink.
