By eating ecologic foods, cultivated nearby and with the maximum respect for the nature, you will not just treat your palate and your body, you will also contribute to ecologic farming and fishing! Do the ecosystem a favour and come with me on a trip where we will discover the best of Barcelonas ecologic fruit- and wineyards. The menú includes ecologic catalan wine without sulfits. The main part of the menú will consist in sustainable caught fish from the catalan coast and fresh biologic vegetables. As I won´t have the same fish and vegetables at dispose every time, the dishes can vary a little bit, but they will look something like this:

Salad of roasted organic vegetables
Cold coconut soup with sardine, crunchy curry stick and mint foam
Grilled filets of sustainable Mediterranean fish with seasonal vegetables and fennel infusion
Creamy apricot ice cream on vanilla-pistachio crumble, mint and basil gelatine, dark chocolate
