I am young profesional chef from Austria. I live in Barcelona since 5 years. My education I recived in the tourism school in Villcha (Aut). I already worked in Swiss, Austria, Liechtenstein and Spain.
As in the times of my studies, the Austrian kitchen started to include more and more mediterranean elements, I adopted this style of cooking. I love to hide some medeiterranen notes in many of my dishes.
The use of first quality products and a seasonal offer has priority for me. I work mostly with ecologic products. I had the posibility to work in high class hotels and restaurants, as also in popular taverns or etnic kitchens.
What I learnd over the years, is that a good meal needs time and love. With every dinner y try to add a lot of those ingredients to make it a very special occasion for you and your guests.
